I recently purchased a 2022 Ford F-250 with the 6.7-liter diesel. It is the XL model so is bare bones, which I don’t mind except for the lack of cruise control. I asked two Ford dealers about adding cruise control, however, both dealers said the cost would be prohibitive. Both dealers mentioned figures in the low thousands if I was to buy a Ford cruise control. One of the Ford dealers said their diesel motors don’t work well with aftermarket cruise control units?

I had a gas F-250 for twenty years with an aftermarket company cruise control. It worked excellently on my old gas F-250. I can’t remember the name of the company that sold it to me. Does anyone know where I can buy an aftermarket cruise control unit that will work with my F-250 with the 6.7 liter diesel?
