Since I purchased it in January 2024, the audio system on my F-350 cuts out randomly about 5-6 times per hour. It cuts out for 2-3 seconds and then comes back on. This happens on Sirius/XM, FM and AM sources. The Infotainment system would re-boot every 20 minutes or so initially, but the dealer replaced the APIM (?) and that problem seems to be solved, but not the cut out issue. Anyone else have this issue? How do I resolve as dealer doesn't know what to do?

 

Something to consider,
When things cut out , we usually look for loss of power or signal.
Don't know what equip you have to use, if none, then You may need to have a radio shop or shop with a good electrician do some checking.

Not all dealerships have a sharp diagnostic person available and most rely on service bulletins to tell them what to do.

What about trying another dealership ?
