f250 losin power...need help

Default f250 losin power...need help
i have a 03 f250 super duty with the 6.o turbo deisel. it has lost power like the turbo is not workin, i have been searching for a vacumleak but cant find one. can the battery terminals being dirty cause that...........any suggestions would be very appreciated!
