If possible try to have your vehicle checked for any codes. Places like Autozone usually will do this at no cost to you.
A code could confirm or provide some direction. A good part of the time, problems with the throttle body can cause the wrench light to illuminate. Because the way the system is set up , power loss can be noticed because the problem throws the system into what is called "Limp Mode" Let us know what you find,thanks.
