For those of you that have the 5R110 TorqShift Tranny there is a recall dated Jan 05 (program number 04b24).

Issue: The Torqshift Transmission in your vehicle may have a low/reverse gear set pinion shaft(s) that may become loose, causing metallic particle contamination. If this occurs, it may lead to harsh/slipping shifts and/or harsh/delayed forward/reverse engagements.

Be warned they will have to tear the thing apart so it will take a couple of days. Getting mine done monday I'll let you know how it goes.
