F350 transmission slipping from first to fifth

F350 transmission slipping from first to fifth

When I start my f350 it will randomly shift from first to fifth gear when I shift to drive. Had someone had this problem that can tell me if it's a sensor problem or a mechanical problem.

Since there were a few options for trans, it would help a lot if we knew the vehicle year, model and trans code from the door sticker., thanks.

It's a 2016, f350 super duty lariat platnium model with a 6.2L EFI motor. Here is the sticker on the door, I'm not sure what code you need
