The factory moonroof on my 06 F250 stops at about 95% when opening and if you push the lever and hold it,itthen opens the other 5%. Same thing when closing, I hold the leverit and it stops at the same 5%release and hold lever toclose the rest of the way.

The dealership says this is normal, is it?

Found this in the motor initializing steps..

NOTE: The roof opening panel glass will travel to the comfort STOP position first, which is approximately 2 inches from the full open position. Press the open switch again to fully OPEN the roof opening panel.
