Default Factory Order, price that would be fair

Greetings, new member here. My wife an I will be retired next spring, 2022. We'll be full time RV'ing with a 5th wheel. We test drove a Chevy dully, and we both had issues looking over the updated hoods so we passed on that. Test drove a Ram 3500, 2022 model, both with DRW and Diesel engines. The Ram shifted really poorly and had little get up to it, same as the Chevy. The Ford we tested, we both loved it. Had power, could SEE over the hood, so that was our pick for ordering. These were of course, packages we didn't want, nor did we want/need 4x4, reason we didn't buy what they had in stock.

Back story done, we're looking at ordering an F350 dully, XLT trim but with ( 2 wheel drive, not 4 ), plus a few extra's. So, 3 major questions.
1. What issues do they still have with this so called "death wobble"
2. Would it be fair to ask an out the door price of $59,000
3. Reliablility

We'll be adding upfitter switches, moon roof, 5th wheel tow prep, and the ultimate trailer tow camera system,
rear power window, 40/console/40 seats and adjustable pedels and powerscope mirrors for added options.

Hope this post is permitted, if not delete

Thank you!

The death wobble I have never exp. in a ford because I just run whats comes with the truck. no oversizing wheels tires or leveling kits. But if your going to pull Rv I recommend air bags to level truck after loaded. reliablitity you'll know as soon you get the truck. they are. 60k for Xlt non 4wd seems about right.

With the market conditions the way they are right now MSRP would be a very fair price to pay. You may have to look for a dealer to do this because dealers are taking a big advantage in the shortage of product vs demand. Ford Motor Corp is cracking down on dealers doing this by reducing their allocation of vehicles. Good luck. I would seriously consider 4x4. You'll get more return on resale than the initial cost!!

I ordered my F350 on 12-23-21. It was finished built today (3-25-22). Hope you are in no hurry. I ordered my Truck from Randall Reed Ford in Spring, Texas. They had a deal going, "Order a new truck, get invoice pricing." If you haven't ordered yet, shop around to different dealers. See what you can find.
