My 1986 F250 Extended Cab 7.5L 460cc has a problem kicking down from fast idle when warm. I usually let it warm up before I jump into it and drive but lately I cannot seem to get the motor to kick down when I get in it. Sometimes I can drive all the way to work (10mi.) and the engine is still racing. Could this be a "Choke" issue or what?[:@]
