Am trying to find the gear ratio that was originally in this truck( 2005 F350 )The sticker inside the door says under axle 4N, any help would be appreciated!

Just one note, I believe that there is a mistake in the label above.

I believe axle code 41 should be - 4.10 non-limited slip

Probably.
37 - 3.73 non-limited slip can't be the same as 41 - 3.73 non-limited slip.

You have 4N so it shouldn't matter.

I went through something similar on an older Ford and it is easy to get lost comparing charts online. What helped me was focusing on the door label first since that is what the truck actually left the factory with. Using a tool that lets you decode a sticker by number like https://carfast.express/en/window_sticker gives extra confidence when charts disagree. In the end the axle code on the door usually settles the question.
