Front brakes Rotor warps fast

Default Front brakes Rotor warps fast
After the dealer tryed to repair this and they still warped with in 2 weeks.I tryed with new rotors and pads.After 2 weeks front shimy in the steering wheel,when brakes applied.Any suggestion.
