Default Fuse panel

I have a 2008 f250 with the 5.4l and the zf6 trans. We have concluded that the body control module. Which ford says is the fuse panel in the passenger side kick panel is bad. My question is I have found a few new fuse panels, but their is no clarity on whether the transmission being automatic or standard is an issue. So will the panel from an automatic truck work in a standard truck. I am going to buy a used one from a salvage yard due to a new one being so expensive. I dont want to spend several hundred dollars just to find out were wrong about it being bad

If you don't mind, what is the original problem,
How was it determined to be the BCM?
Many times if incorrect info is supplied to the BCM , it doesn't do it's job, but still is suspect.
Your vehicle has a CAN (Controller Area Network ) in it and incorporates several modules that supply info to the BCM , that is why I am asking for the original problem.
Thanks
