Default 2002 f350 superduty

Looking for suggestions on a problem I’m having. I have a 2002 f350 superduty 7.3 and when I am driving my truck will randomly turn on the engine light and I will loose all power in my foot pedal. Eventually it will turn off and I can drive again.(usually when i restart the truck)

I have a suggestion only because it worked for me .
The inside fuse panel under the driver's side dash,

In the left row of fuses, I don't remember which one, but it is a 10 amp fuse,. It may not be defective, but if it is making a poor connection it renders the throttle "non working" .
What I did when looking for an answer was to remove and install the good fuse and the problem went away. I suspect there may have been a corrosion problem , however slight, and it affected the throttle system. REMINDER, Ford trucks had problems with windshields leaking around those years and the moisture produced some crazy results from that panel that defied explanation .
