Default Gremlin Sound

Howdy all! I'm hoping one of you might help me identify a crazy sound. My van is a 1999 E350 5.4L. 232k and it makes this sound:

It doesn't affect performance. It's constant for about 10 seconds when first started. Then when I rev until it warms up. Then it goes away. Load doesn't seem to make much difference. I just put a new serpentine belt on it. Runs and drives fine otherwise. Could it be an intake gasket? I'm stymied.

It's such a distinctive sound, I figured someone must have dealt with this before.

Thanks in advance!

Never replace just the belt you need the belt tensioner, tensioner pulley and idler pulley.

If you take the serp belt off and spin each pulley, , you have one that is ready to let go. You should be able to feel the roughness and grinding of the questionable pulley.
