Default Head Gasket Sealant Question F250

I have a 1996 Ford F250 with 300k+ miles on it. I have the beginnings of a head gasket problem. A little bit of white smoke in the exhaust, etc. I'm debating between using head gasket sealer and having them repaired. Does anyone know of a good sealer that they would recommend? Preferably the kind that doesn't entail removing the thermostat, etc. I'm looking for something that will last a couple years, not months (if possible). I appreciate your help.

try your local auto parts store if you are going too keep the sealer inside the engine look for
steal seal but i don't recommend leaving it you really have to remove the thermostat so it wont make any damage because fords can be pretty expensive to fix
