Default Helix throttle body spacer and flow thru exhaust

Has anyone found either of these mods,or both,a help in fuel mileage.Ancient wisdom reminds me that mileage will actually get worse due to the heavier effect on the right foot...

Yes an no. Ancient wizdom true heavy foot kill mpg. I have the Helix spacer. gave me about 2 more mpg on my V-10. Haven't done the exhast thing yet, but I'm going to. Aslo have a K&N Air Filter in the stock box, helps, by around 1 to 2 mpg. Started witha whomping 8 mpg now around 12.5 still striving for perfection.

ah,the quest....I've got the K&N flat pleated filter....read where they offer a larger filteryet, that fits the stock airbox.Seems like better breathing is a more important factor....not sure.I'm gonna try both.
