Hi All,

I am looking into picking up a new F-250 that will spend most of its life without a tailgate. How badly will this effect the 360-deg camera set up. Can another camera (aftermarket) be installed at the licence plate instead. I'd hate to loose the entire option.

I don't know about just removing the tailgate, but I bought a 1 ton with the 360 as well as the gooseneck camera and put a flatbed on it. We just moved the cameras into the new bed and haven't had an issue at all. Hope that helps?
