Default Injector replacement 7.3 ltr

I am going to remove and replace a single injector in my '99 7.3.
The diagnostic tool identified one as misbehaving and that corresponds to a slight miss I have noticed.

My plan is to remove and replace the injector
Take out the corresponding glow plug
Turn the engine over by hand to "discharge" and HPOP oil that will be in that cylinder.
Replace the GP and proceed.

Is this the correct procedure and sequence of events?

Thank you.
Eric

Buzz and Balance/Contribution tested?
Yes, you can manually expel the oil after the new injector is installed with the GP removed. As well as after manual rotations, give it a short crank event with the GP removed ‘and covered’ to help blow the remaining oil out. If the injectors are high time, you might consider the entire bank replacement.
