Default Instrument cluster failure

Today when I was at a stop light I pushed the tow button to disengage the overdrive and in doing so my instrument panel went dead like I turned the key off. I have checked all the fuses that pertain to the cluster but none were blown. Any idea what could have happened. Truck still runs without instruments.

Check for TSB's on your truck. My 06 had a TSB on it and Ford replaced my instrument cluster after it quit working.

What is a TSB?

I have found the fuse that keeps blowing (#45) and have replaced it only to have it blow again. Reading the manual I would have never found the fuse because it says # 45 is for something completly different. I will be taking it in to the shop to have it fixed under warranty.
