Lifting points
1999 F 350 2 WD, 6 Speed 7.3 Diesel
My neighbor has a two post lift with 4 arms.
Where are the correct places for each arm to raise the vehicle on the lift?
Thank you.

Make sure the lift is rated for your vehicles weight, I work on the gas side at my shop and we only have two heavy duty lifts that are rated for F250.
This will depend on what type of lift you use.
Front - I use the front lower control arms near where they attach to the frame.
Rear - I use the forward leaf spring shackle, not the spring itself but right where the spring bolts to the frame.

Scott.
The lift is rated for 10,000 pounds. My truck, currently on the hoof, is 7025. Thanks for the info. I was dissappointed that the owner's manual did nto list the info.
All the best to you.
