Default Lightning strike

Hello, New to the forum. I have a 2015 F-250 that was struck by lightning about 2 months ago. Driving 75 on the higway, smoke came out of the AC vent. EVeryone is okay but truckl would not even try to start and threw all codes. I have had in in two different ford dealership shops and in the meantime am driving a rental(which I am now paying for). This whole process has me completly fustrated. Each dealership refuses to put a dollar figure to replacing all electronics and wiring as I have requested as I want to give that to my insurance provider as they can never guarantee that it is back to its previous state without replacing all of it. Any suggestions on what I should tell the service manager at the dealer ship?

Did you start by filing a claim with your insurance provider? Since it's not a manufacturer defect, you should be hounding your insurance company, and they should be driving the repair shop.
