Here is my problem. My wipers wont work.

I have a 1999 F-250 Superduty with the 7.3 in it.
I have DONE the following

*Tried a new motor
*Checked my fuses (ONLY ONE)
*Check the relays (all work tried them in dif truck)
*Checked my ground!
*Replaced the turn signal switch (!!!!$146.00)

I HAVE POWER TO THE MOTOR AND EVERYTHING

STILL NO FING WIPERS!!!!!
