Default No boost registering on the gauages

2001 7.3 PSD Automatic Crew Cab 4WD

I just installed a EBVP bypass pedestal and exhaust port, a new Turbo housing, wicked wheel and rebuild kit with a Banks Big Head, manifold reinforcing hoops, hoses and clamps..I did reuse the intercooler hoses, they were in like new shape. I'm not registering any boost on my gauge that used to register boost no problem.

I checked for any codes and all sensors are working, no codes. I have a new EBP sensor and pipe that checked out. There is zero play in the housing and turbine.

I checked and rechecked all the connections - manifolds to up-pipes, up-pipes to turbo, turbo to intercooler, intercooler connections and intercooler to spider to intake manifold. Everything is tight.

I pulled off the cold side of the intercooler pipe where it connects to the spider and it's blowing plenty good. When I accelerate, I hear the turbo whining/whistling but no leaks.

No boost. Not sure what to do.

Thoughts?
