drive an 2017 F350 Platinum with 25,00 on it. this morning I hit a bump on the freeway in traffic. truck started shaking violently. put a death grip on the wheel...……..I thought something was going to fall off...…….hit the flashers, and slowly made my way to the side of the freeway. after slowing down to around 30 or 40 mph the shaking stopped. WTF??

 

Some vehicle use a steering stabilizer and if not working correctly can produce this problem.

 

a ford dealership told me there is a "track bar"? and a ball joint that fails and causes the issue. He tells me Ford has had this problem with the F250 (and now F350) for the last 2 or 3 years and hasn't fixed it. same parts, same repair...….I've become very disappointed with this vehicle………..
