Default No Floor Vent Heat

My 1997 F250 heater/blower works fine, except I cannot get the heat to come out on the Floor (feet) area. All other vents work fine. I had it repaired a year ago and was told the "door" (plenum?)had come off - they simply put it back in place. Is there a simple way for me to fix this myself? How do I access that area? Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance!
Eric
