Exclamation No heat from vents

Hello,

I have a 1999 7.3 powerstroke ford f250. Only cold air is coming from all vents. I have checked the heater hoses under the hood and they are hot. Behind the glove compartment there is a rather large square black box. I noticed behind that it was warm there, so it seems to me there is heat going up to the black box, but nothing past it. Does anyone know if the coil is inside the box? I was wondering if the heater core could be clogged. I can make a picture of what I am talking about if needed.

Any help would be appreciated.
