Default no power in my powerstroke

I have a 96 powerstroke with an auto tranny. IT has no power pulling and it woulnt even spin the tires when shes empty. I pull out and it runs fine but dosent seem to go anywhere like trannys torque converter may be goin bad.. shifts fine and tranny was rebuilt about 30k ago. Had motor tested and all seamed fine. Any ideas?

need to find better technicians that know that type truck or you wouldn't be posting here , seriously though it could be any # of problems with the tranny or engine with the symptoms you describe ,unless properly looked at by a good ford powerstroke tech
