I have a 2015 F-350 king Ranch. I was waxing it the other day and found the paint on the roof flaking off. Got a estimate 2000.00. Ford said it would give 750.00. I wrote to the person I was dealing with saying I didn't think that was enough. Never answered me. So I called couldn't get thru so I talked to another person. They said that was Fords only offer and it was final. I have been a Ford person my hole life owning over 14 fords. Didn't think that was a good offer.
Any help on this one? Thanks

 

If you are outside warranty and don't have ESP(I don't know if it covers paint) I would gladly take the money. Once your out of warranty/esp they aren't responsible for anything that breaks/wears out except for recalls
