Default passenger side door pillar rattle

Any ideas why I have a rattle in the passenger side pillar (the pillar between front and rear seats) when I hit a bump, it is definitely inside the pillar on a 2017 F-250

Haven't seen this issue yet, its a easy pillar to remove, remove both front and rear door scuff plates, remove the little seatbelt cover trim panel at the bottom, push the plastic seatbelt cover thing up an inch or two, pull outward at the top of b pillar then get one hand under the bottom of b pillar and give a good pull, twist a little to slip the seatbelt out the groove.

Thanks for your reply, I followed your instructions and was able to remove all the covers, unfortunately, I was unable to find any obvious source of my rattle, but thanks to your reply, was able to learn and practice new information.
