Power windows are not working please help

gave up and took it to the dealership
GEM mod. replaced all works

any idea what could have caused that to happen?

Similar issues on 2002 expedition

Power windows, interior lights do not work. Fuse #14 blows as fast as you put them in. When I pull battery saver module it doen not blow fuses but nothing works. Do yo think it is the module?
Can I by pass the battery saver module?
