Default relay or fuse?

Hello there:

Does anybody know where are the power source for the 4x4on a 2000 f250 (diesel)?
I searched the fuse box by the master cylinder & inside (driver side) of the truck...
The problem isthere's no power going to the 4x4 high/low selector switch andno power to the transfer case.
Thanks
