Default Rough Idle Any Tips? Read post

Currently have a 2008 Model F250 which is the 2008-2010 model with the 5.4L engine. The truck will fire up no problem and runs super good well driving but if I let it idle after roughly 2 minutes it’ll slowly putter the idle down then die unless I give it gas then it’ll go up to 2000 rpm for a few seconds then back down to normal idle then die after the 2 minutes again unless I repeat. Any ideas?

You might consider connecting a fuel pressure gauge to watch what the fuel pressure is doing at the time it dies.

I would check fuel trims with a scan tool. That will give you which direction to go troubleshooting.
