Default Rough ride

I’ve got a 2013 gas 6.2 V8 XL 4WD F250 that has always had a harsh ride. I’ve changed the tire pressure to 65 PSI and added bilstein 4600 series shocks. Nothing has seemed to help the ride at all. The truck is very jarring shaky with any type of road surface. Any suggestions?

What are you comparing it to ?
How many miles on the odometer, Did you purchase it new or used ? How was the vehicle spec'd out ?

Ride quality usually improves with miles. Does it have low profile tires on it ? They are not the best for ride quality.

The truck’s ride is worse than any 1 ton/dually by a large amount. There feels as if there is no suspension under the truck. I feel every single bump and the smallest bumps even at a crawling speed are jarring. I bought the truck used with 130K completely stock. The truck had 245 Michelin highway tires around a steel 17” rim. It’s now got 180K miles with 285 toyo AT II extreme and the same 17” steel wheels and the ride hasn’t changed. I don’t know if my f50 is missing certain suspension components that a higher trim would have because it is an XL or what. I say this because I have ridden in many other F250s (that were XLT or higher trim) and they rode amazing! For perspective my grandfathers 2000 F250 with front leaf springs rides like a Cadillac compared to my truck.
