Issues..2001 7.3 unplugged ebps whooshing noise in exaust stopped, but runs like crap now.Unplugged wastegate vac, no difference.No vac on hose at 1500 rpm. Tested wastgate with 20 pounds pressure and it functions fine.Sensor??sensor??anyone?have a ts powerchip and the truck seems like it has no boost or the wastgate isn't functioning properly
