Default shock bolt torque / adjustment

I have an 06 F250 FX4 and am replacing the factory shocks with some Rancho RS9000XL's. They're the adjustable ones. Does any one know which setting would be good for highway/city driving mostly (no load or towing)? Also, the upper mount on the front shocks is bolted down from the top. Is there a torque spec for these bolts?
