SRW vs DRW

I am looking to get a new truck and upgrade my 250 to a 350. I'm looking for some input, and advice as to what the real difference is between a DRW and SRW. Is it really worth it to get the dually vs the SRW. I use this truck mostly to pull my 5th wheel camper.
