With the key on, the fuel pump will run. Nothing to keep it from overflowing except you turning the key off.

Post a pic of the tube you are talking about.

The balloon test is testing for the same thing as the bubble test.

Are you sure that the blue spring kit was installed correctly? As I mentioned before, this could be the culprit.

That was going to be my next check, just going one by one until I find something that might be it. What could I have done wrong with the blue spring upgrade ? I followed the upgrade video if I remember correctly :-)

Post #8 mentions an o-ring that needs to be installed. Sometimes it isn't.

There are several versions of the upgrade kit. Maybe you didn't get the correct one, only you can discern that.

ok guys, today I had a little time after work and I did the bubble test and guess what, no bubbles!!! I was nervous because I saw many on youtube that had bubbles, so this isolates out the injectors, is that right ? I am thinking this is good news.

When I filled the cup with fuel, also I didn't see that many bubbles coming from the feed pipe, but it must be coming from there, is that what this points to ?

thanks!

Take a look at this video. He cranks longer than you did.

You can crank for 20-25 seconds. Just give it time to cool afterwards - say wait 5 minutes.

I am not insisting that that is your issue, just suggesting to give it a full test.

I lean more towards the regulator.

so I started to remove the air filter housing, and when I have more time to get that all opened up...
