I have a new 2022 F-350 dually for pulling my RV. I just received a notification that my complimentary Connected Navigation was expiring and that I should renew. One of the features boasted in the email was Trailer Routing "that suggests the best route based on your towing specifications." I had not noticed this new feature in my truck, but I was able to find it in the manual. I went out to my truck and followed the instructions, but "Trailer Routing" was not in the menu under Navigation as mentioned. I contacted customer service via chat, but I was told this was an upgrade option that I could have ordered for my truck. My F-350 has the trailer brake controller, trailer sway control, ultimate trailer camera system, and pro trailer backup assist. I don't understand why my truck does not have the "trailer routing" software feature enabled, or why it cannot be OTA enabled. Something is hinky about this. I definitely wont be subscribing to Connected Navigation.
