I have a 2000 F350 with a 7.3. The problem is the first time cranking it up it builds no oil pressue. Its like the oil is leaking down some wear internaly because to get the thing to crank up you have to fill the oil resevor up. Then it will usually crank right up. I was told it could be a loop pump or a sump tube problem.
