Turning up injectors
Since they are computer controlled and also use 115 volts to fire the injector would not mess with them. The only thing you can do is buy a chip or one of those programers to change the horsepower setting.
The Powerstroke Diesel doesn't have a mechanical fuel injection pump like to older 7.3's.. Injection pressure control is done with very high pressured engine oil for injector push/PSI.. The high pressure pump (HPOP) sits forward in the engines valley and injection pressure in relation to throttle angle is controlled by the PCM (non adjustable).. As is PCM control for 'pulse width' or amount of fuel/time the injection event takes place.. Fuel pressure is non adjustable as well and is a return to tank system.. As truckpuller stated,, the easiest way to build good power with a PSD is a chip/box, or programmer.. Also intake and/or larger exhaust help too, more so for the higher HP tunes..
