Hoping someone can help me finalize finding my issues. Already replaced a bad solenoid and checked my lines, all good. From the solenoid to the pressure regulator valve, I have about 20 vacuum. Out of the valve to the vacuum lines going to the hubs, I have 7. This is also a new valve. That doesn't seem to be enough is it? What vacuum should I have to engage the hubs?

This is 2011 F250.
