Mine is an 03 Powerstroke 7.3 Diesel.. When asking a question like that, you need to tell what engine... Water in fuel? Good Lord! Deluna, I would not let that go for two hours let alone two weeks if it was a psd engine like mine... On top of the engine, behind the filter is a lever. By moving the lever it drains the water seperator in the fuel filter... It will run out on the ground. If you were to put an extended hose on it, you could drain it to a clear bottle and see when the water was out and clean fuel running.. Probably less than a cup to drain at most...

if you have the 7.3, the lever is yellow and it right behing the fuel bowl on the left side(from the front of the truck) If you have the 6.0 you have to use an allen wrench to remove the drain plug on the driversside frame rail right by one of your two fuel filters.
