Default 2005 freestar coilpack, wires, and plugs cost

2002 Windstar had the same codes, "Misfire 3 and 4." and it turned out to be a bad coil pack. Now 2005 Freestar throwing same codes. How much to have a ford dealer do the coil pack, all wires and plugs all at the same time?

Depends on what they charge per hour and what they charge for parts. You should be able to get a quote from them. Should only be about 2-2.5 hours worth of work as the upper and lower cowl needs to be removed to gain access to the rear plugs, wires and coil.

The Ford part number for your coil pack is 5F2Z-12029-AD (#5F2Z12029AD: Coil. Ignition coil.)... I am not quite sure what the service charge would be but I would assume it would be a few shop hours running around $115/hr.
