Hi just fitted a new alternator belt its squeeling when engine running and driven any ideas on how to quite it down thanks

 

Whatever you do , Don't use "belt dressing" !!! The stuff gums up everything.
A new belt really shouldn't squeak or squeal, there may be an alignment problem with the various pulleys. Have had success with rubbing a cake of soap on the belt .
