I just bought a used 2005 Ford Five Hundred and I absolutely love it. The only issue that I have is that I was having some issues with throttle response. I took it to the local Ford dealer and they told me I needed to replace the throttle position sensor. I bought a reman throttle body that included the position sensor. All was well until two days ago. I got the dreaded wrench light on and failsafe engine mode.

I checked the codes and it came up with P2014 and P2112. I replaced the accelerator pedal with a new one hoping that might take care of it. Reset the computer and went for a drive. It did fine until right before I got home when I got the exact same experience. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
