We replaced the motor in our Ford five hundred everything is bolted up but when we hit the ignition all light come on but no starter engagement. Not even a click. Found a ground wire hooked up to the starter and swapped it with the white red wire. Still no starter engagement we tried to jump the starter and it started but would not turn off with the key. Hopefully someone can help us figure this out it is an 06 Ford five hundred limited all wheel drive with the 3.0 in it also the brake lights are staying on. U hook the brake light switch and they go off. Could this be part of my problem as well
