Default Transmission help

So I have a 2005 3.0l FWD Cvt 6 speed automatic same as the Ford five hundred most if not all parts cross compatible

So when I start the car and put it in gear it drives fine and shifts correctly no slipping at all

Once the car reaches running temp the transmission locks itself in gear usually 1st or 2nd is when it occurs it has done it in 3rd once but rarely

Transmission fluid is full its dirty but full I have cleared all engine codes by fixing them and clearing them 4 misfires clogged EGR and failed fuel pressure sensor all fixed and cleared new brake rotors pads and retaining clips

Electronically everything works on the car that I am aware of I have been digging online and getting allot of red flags for wires and sensors the transmission was scanned Saying it was the module circuit issues but the transmission specialist said that the module will either work or it doesn't not based off of temp

So I am looking for some direction to go in on this one the transmission works as it should when its cold and locks itself in gear when at running temp trying not to chase rabbit holes
