My wife's 2018 Flex suddenly started using ONLY the front left dash speaker for phone calls. This has not been an issue for the past two years she's had the vehicle. And it ONLY happens on phone calls. The stereo still works great, even when using Spotify through the phone. But if she makes or receives a phone call, suddenly the sound is only coming through one small tweeter by the dashboard, which is too quiet when she's driving on the interstate. I reset SYNC with no change. I used a different phone with no change. I tried it via bluetooth and via USB with no change.
Has anyone had this issue and figured out a fix???
