Broken lug bolt

Default Broken lug bolt
One of the lug bolts broke right off the other day while trying to remove it(rusted on) anyone know how to repair this or safety of driving it like this? Also any ideas about repair cost if I bring it in?

it is actually my mom's focus, but I did get it figured out. Thank you though, I did a lot of searching and found out how to change it and it was pretty easy.

yeah... for anyone else reseaching this...

most lugnuts will pop out with a little coaxing from a hammer. replacements are a few dollars a piece.
