Default Engine noise problem

Hi,
I've got strange noise from my engine (left side) - Ford Focus MK2 1.6L Duratec 16V PFI (100PS) Sigma.
I have already changed the accessory drive belt (DAYCO PVE001) and new alternator (1708472 ) but the noise is still there. This noise is when the car is moving and when it's stationary (but in this case this noise is heard at a higher rpm about 3000-4000 rpm).
Youtube video with this noise:

Could you help me with that?

Remove your belt completely, start engine and duplicate the engine so the noise should happen, when the noise does not happen you will definitely know its belt/pulley related(sure sounds like it is). With how loud that is I would expect a pulley to have play, while the belt is off try and wiggle them, replace any that have play. You could also reinstall the belt and use a mechanics stethoscope to determine where the noise is coming from.
